It’s coming from inside the building
I’m reading through a PowerPoint presentation given to my company’s senior leadership team earlier this week. All involved are ostensibly the best and brightest we have to offer. This line stood out:
“Employees, officers included, demonstrate awareness and understanding of the strategy and vision, but they have not fully engaged due to reasons.”
The internet is writing my company’s strategy presentations.
